Coaching and retreats
If you want to go deeper into the practice you'll need to join one of our retreats. It will give you the time, space and a supportive environment in which to relax and discover deeper insights, with Simon's guidance.
If you want personal attention and practices designed specifically for you, a few coaching sessions (by video call or in person) may be a great investment.

The Taster course
This short course introduces what mindfulness is, how it works, and includes a few short practices that you can start using right away. Start now.
Mindfulness at work
This course is a critical add-on for anyone experiencing stress at work. It builds on Foundation course skills to cover elements such as managing workload and better interactions with colleagues and clients. Start now.
6 week mindfulness foundation course
This course will take you through a guided programme of core mindfulness skills. Only start it when you can make commitment to practicing every day for 6 weeks. Upgrade required.
Mindfulness for Fostering & Adoption
This 6-week course is designed for carers and support workers involved in the care of children in fostering and adoption, and includes exercises for kids. Upgrade to join.
