Self care & gratitude
We are supported by all kinds of people, things, processes, ideas and other beings. Gratitude for all this helps us become more positive in outlook. One great way to look at this is the symbiosis with our gut flora - and in the process make changes to our mental health. Sleep is critical too so reads the notes and make use of the mp3 before bed.
