Dealing with difficulties

When strong emotions take us over, it's easy to default to our fight or flight habits. However, by 'leaning-in' to difficulties and re-framing what you perceive, you can allow emotions to dissolve much faster, so they don't drag on and affect you possibly for the whole day.
