Week 1 - how to practice & mindful breathing

We start with the simple but lifelong practices of mindful breathing. Combined with the next section on mindfulness in the body, these are your core skills, and practicing every day for at least 6 weeks, is the key to changing your brain!

We also include a note about getting a good sleep - a critical element in good mental health.
