In this short course you've explored the principles and practice of good meetings, and supported this by exploring mindful listening, emotional intelligence and clarifying your values.
The next step is to put this into practice. At the least, consider including the meeting protocols alongside the agenda in the next meeting you hold, and see how this changes the mood in the room.
