The ‘7 Day Challenge’

In the 7 Day Challenge, we’ll send you an email every morning with simple exercises so you can get a taste for mindfulness practice.   Each exercise may only take 2 or 3 minutes.

There’s also a couple of guided meditations to do each morning.

By the end of the week, you should have:

  • learned a simple breathing technique to calm the mind
  • started tuning-in to feelings in the body
  • begun to recognise just how busy we keep ourselves
  • worked out how to take creative pauses
  • trialled some empathy/kindness exercises
  • got some insight into how mindfulness works
